Wulfies Toy & Party Hire supplies soft play equipment for children’s parties and events and giant lawn games on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. We deliver to a large portion of Auckland and also have an adult and children’s sized table and chair hire service.

Here’s everything you need to know about hiring from Wulfies.

Do you deliver and where to?

Yes. We deliver within a 25km radius of our premises in Hobsonville, Auckland. To find out if we deliver to your place, go to the Contact Us page and type your address into the address box. It will tell you whether we deliver to your street or not.

The delivery fee includes equipment pick-up at the end of your hire period.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We have a flat fee for delivery, depending on the day of delivery.

  • Monday – Friday delivery - $50
  • Weekend delivery - $70
  • Delivery and equipment setup (any day) - $150

Delivery is either on the day of hire or the day before.

Can I pick up my play equipment?

Yes. You can pick up your play equipment and return it at the end of the hire period.

Our premises are in Hobsonville, Auckland. We recommend you contact us to see if your vehicle is suitable to transport items.

How long can I hire play equipment for?

You can hire the play equipment for up to three months on some items, some of our more popular items are only available for up to seven days to ensure more kids get to enjoy this equipment. Typically, people want equipment for a child’s party and so a one day (24-hour) hire period is arranged.

Sometimes, in the case of holiday hiring or company events, the period may be for up to a week or even longer.

How easy is it to erect the play equipment?

Most our equipment is easy to erect. Some requires a bit more effort. All equipment comes with a laminated assembly instruction sheet which, if followed, should enable a setup that is relatively easy and quick.

If you do have trouble, we are only a phone call away and can usually troubleshoot most issues that way.

Remember also, we have a setup service. For $150, we will deliver, setup and pack away any equipment hired from Wulfies Toy and Party Hire.

Can we ask Wulfies to set up our play equipment?

Yes. As mentioned above, we have a delivery and setup service. For $150, we will deliver, setup and pack away any equipment hired from Wulfies Toy and Party Hire.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, we have a generous cancellation policy.

Please note all orders are required to be paid a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booking date. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur and so, we do have a cancellation policy which is detailed below:

  • For cancellations up to 48 hours before your booking date we offer a 100% refund. However, please contact us sooner rather than later.
  • For cancellations within 24- 48 hours of your booking, 50% refund will be offered. This accounts for any administration costs, packing, loading or cleaning that has already taken place to prepare your order.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours of your booking no refund is given.

Do you have a sanitation policy for your equipment?

Yes. Each toy hired out is thoroughly wiped down and sanitised after every use. That way you can be certain, every piece of Wulfies equipment arrives at your place clean and ready for use.

How do I pay for my play equipment?

  • Online at time of booking.
  • By bank transfer 48 hours prior to delivery or pickup.

Can I try out a piece of equipment before hiring it?

We are sorry, no. We don’t have the room to have our equipment setup and it would take too long to especially setup and dismantle equipment each time someone wanted to test it.

Do you have games for adults?

Yes. While most our play equipment is suitable for under 8-years old, we also have a selection of fun activities for the grown-ups. This includes giant versions of Jenga, Connect 4 and Noughts and Crosses. These are ideal for parties, weddings or corporate events.
